By availing the Lifetime Free Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility:
The Lifetime Free Service is available exclusively to customers who have purchased a custom-built PC or Pre-built PC through our Website.
Only the original purchaser of the custom-built PC is eligible for the Lifetime Free Service. This service is non-transferable.
Scope of Lifetime Free Service:
The Lifetime Free Service covers technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to the hardware components of the custom-built PC or Pre-built PC.
Our technicians will provide guidance, diagnosis, and remote assistance to address hardware-related issues.
Exclusions:
The Lifetime Free Service does not cover software-related issues, third-party software support, or any issues arising from modifications or alterations made to the PC by anyone other than our technicians.
Damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not covered by the Lifetime Free Service.
The service does not cover any peripherals, accessories, or components not originally included in the custom-built PC or Pre-built PC purchase.
Service Availability:
The Lifetime Free Service will be available for the lifetime of the custom-built PC or Pre-built PC, as determined by its operational viability.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Lifetime Free Service at any time, with appropriate notice provided to existing eligible customers.
Service Procedure:
To avail the Lifetime Free Service, you must contact our Customer Support team through the provided communication channels on our Website.
Our technicians will assess the issue and provide instructions for troubleshooting or resolution. Remote assistance may be offered if deemed necessary.
Disclaimer:
The Lifetime Free Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Lifetime Free Service.
Modification of Terms:

- For all the product sold by SRVTWiz PC Industries includes a Lifetime free service & support
- Induvidual Components can be sent to us to claim warrenty and diagonis but service for other components which is not purchased from us or damage occured due to outside repairs will not be consider for free service
- You can avail the service by contacting us via service@srvtwiz.in by providing all the information like order number, Bill/invoice, purchase date and with the detailed explanation of the service required or the problem supported with photo or video evidence
- All products or PCs warrenty will be claimed from the Manufactures
- Packaging & Shipping will be charged as per standards
